The HC41X-16P is a precision-engineered silent check valve designed to prevent reverse flow in pipeline systems with minimal pressure loss and exceptional operational quietness.
Construction & Materials
Constructed primarily from AISI 304 (CF8) Stainless Steel, this valve offers excellent corrosion resistance for a wide range of media. The main body, spring, and disc are manufactured from 304 stainless steel, while the sealing element consists of durable Nitrile (NBR) or Fluorocarbon (FKM) O-ring or gasket.
Operating Principle
Utilizes a spring-assisted, axial-guided disc mechanism housed within a compact wafer-style body. The guided disc moves linearly along the valve axis, opening against spring force and fluid pressure, and closing swiftly and smoothly under spring tension and reverse flow.
